Launched in 1990 and named after, the Master Distiller Arturo Vaccari, Sambuca is distilled in Italy, the spirit owes its soft and pure anise flavour to a unique distilling process using a very rare Chinese star anise. In Italy it is consumed neat with three coffee beans for good luck - also known as con la mosca, 'with the fly'
It's best paired with quite a few spirits in the market.
